			AG Community  AG牧者同工午餐团契——跨越世代的服事2025年10月16日, 新加坡神召会于恩典堂举行“跨越世代的服事”中文牧者同工午餐团契。 聚会以彼此问安与温馨午餐开场,在同桌交流。随后进入赞美与敬拜,以敬拜回应神的同在,预备心领受信息。 王永庆牧师与罗钻敏牧师分享跨世代服事的挑战与机遇 Rev Steven Ong and Ps Charmaine Loh shares on cross-generational ministry challenges and opportunities 讲员王永庆牧师(以马内利堂)与罗钻敏牧师(永生堂)分别指出:呼召不是职位,乃是回应神心意的生命;异象来自祷告与敬拜,并由全教会共同承担。两位讲员聚焦三大痛点:其一,“青黄不接”,需要刻意发掘、及早门训、以属灵陪伴与责任分配培育新人;其二,“朽木难雕”,提醒各代以谦卑更新器皿,让神重塑思维,在差异中彼此成全;其三,“鸡同鸭讲”,强调以平等对话澄清意义、打破权威定式、营造安全空间,让问题可被诚实提出与回应。 在“原则与路径”层面,会议呼吁:无论年龄,都要刻意发展下一代领袖;以“激励胜于指令”帮助明白服事的“为什么”;建立双向学习,让年轻人站在前辈肩膀上,以恩典眼光接纳不同方法与步调。会议也重申“新酒要用新皮袋”,在守住核心价值的同时,拥抱科技与创新,把改变视为机会而非威胁。… Read More
