        MM33 植堂与门徒培训运动-圣灵大能的门徒训练：超自然的倚靠与胆量 

        作者在文中分享了余载门徒之旅的深刻见解，探讨了如何透过圣灵的指引，经历从重生、栽培到成熟的蜕变过程，最终成为神手中合用的器皿。 门徒之旅的经历心声 我的人生七十余载，最美的时刻是在主耶稣里的门徒之旅五十五年有余。如今领会到门徒训练的意念是个长拔的人生赛跑、充满感恩的心坎、向往与主耶稣面对面的那一天。信念的基础在于圣父、圣子、圣灵、三合为一的造就、经历恩典之路。圣灵大能的门徒训练也基于认识全能的上帝、主耶稣的爱和圣灵的启示。我没有资格读者教导门徒训练的章程，只能分享自我的门徒之旅的经历。 每个人都拥有自己的冰山，如要破茧而出：行为、应对方式、感受、观点、期待、渴望、自己（我是谁）【冰山理论】。虽然自己的方案格存有灵性的需要，但没注重。神启示灵性是人生为首的焦点。全能神是唯一能破解这冰山，因为祂是了解人复杂的心灵主宰；祂赐予保惠师作良师，启示、教导和指引灵命的成长。我的观点是门徒训练包括重生、栽培、破茧、成长和熟练。这是我个人的经历和领会门徒之旅的分享和大纲。 圣灵大能的门徒训练也基于认识全能的上帝、主耶稣的爱和圣灵的启示 重生：属复苏的起点，信心与顺服 门徒从接受救恩后，水与灵重生（约翰福音3章5节），犹如蜕变，从毛虫至蝴蝶的程序；得饶恕脱离罪恶审判，进入永恒的新生命。门徒宣告主耶稣为救主，顺服认罪受洗和接受圣灵引导的起燃，神赐予新心和新灵的改革。以西结书36章25-27节： “我必用清水洒在你们身上，你们就洁净了。我要洁净你们，使你们脱离一切的污秽，弃掉一切的偶像。我也要赐给你们一个新心，将新灵放在你们里面。又从你们的肉体中除掉石心，赐给你们肉心。我必将我的灵，放在你们里面，使你们顺从我的律例，谨守遵行我的典章。” 心声：重生是门徒训练的起点。 当我确定接受主耶稣是我的救主，我意识到有一股冲击力促使我立志义无反顾，好马不吃回头草的决心。抱着知恩图报的意念，不知不觉、也不知何时，我的心灵感应，开始渴慕更要了解神的话语和生命的转折点。我开始祷告祈求显示自我的优点和缺点、甚至改造的人生。其中一个祷告会晚上，各自祷告时，一股迎风而来安静，随着感应到一手的安抚后，用方言敬拜赞美流下泪水，不知延续多时；过后意识这是圣灵的充满。从此，我放胆渴慕栽培的追击。每个门徒经历训练不一，必须随着个人的曾经和现时的情况以定。 栽培：出死入生的转变 门徒认定自我已死，全然复活在基督耶稣里归向真神；《约翰福音》12章24节中耶稣所说的:“我实实在在地告诉你们，一粒麦子不落在地里死了，仍旧是一粒；若是死了，就结出许多子粒来”。我立志学习如何尽心、尽性、尽意、尽力爱神 （申命记6：5；马太福音22：37，马可福音12：30）和爱人如爱己（马太福音22：39）为基础。我必须晓得耐心等候、读经、灵修和克服蜕变挫折的变化；不可拔苗助长或违反按部就班的进展。埋在土里的麦子必要经过浇灌施肥才能成长。基础的信念能辅助于心里内在的情绪范波的调解、正确公义的思考和敏锐坚强的体魄。 栽培的途中建立对事不对人的道理；还可属灵的成长学习做事不可太主观，而是客观的培训和指导。挑战是领会追求圣灵指引和教导，祈求恩膏的能力完成神的旨意。 心声：受栽培的挑战 我从灵性的死活过来，就需要有能力接受转变的挑战。圣灵的充满赐予我胆量和不可思议的造就。我的栽培从零开始，学习宣告救恩的蒙福、敬拜赞美和意志侍奉神。胆小如鼠的我竟敢挑起 “正如人子来，不是要受人的服事，乃是要服事人” （马太福音20：28）的呼召。我接受参与执业护士行业的呼召，足足超越五十年的光景，更强原有助人为快乐之本的个性。栽培的途中建立对事不对人的道理；还可属灵的成长学习做事不可太主观，而是客观的培训和指导。挑战是领会追求圣灵指引和教导，祈求恩膏的能力完成神的旨意；享受神的同在，特意每时每刻数算蒙福的甘霖。生命里的挑战没人可避免，门徒必要经一事长一智，把握圣灵恩膏的能力面对，虽然有时觉得四面楚歌，但认清这是栽培锻炼的好机会。铁杵磨成针的思考，助于我定睛主耶稣基督，倚靠圣灵的大能；耐心等待神指示我生命的蓝图。破茧：多段磨练 人生没有永在的一帆风顺和无忧无虑的情景；所以门徒之旅必然要经过多段磨练，才能塑造出信心巩固立足的信徒。重点在於罗马书5:3-5  “。。。就是在患难中也是欢欢喜喜的，因为知道患难生忍耐， 忍耐生老练，老练生盼望， 盼望不至于落空，因为上帝的爱，已藉着所赐给我们的圣灵，浇灌在我们心里。” 环境的磨练使我们破茧而出，接着圣灵的恩膏在恩典、引指、门训，挣脱束缚、突破困境，完成蜕变果效。一波又一波的磨练是门徒建立造就，迈向成长与成熟的效应和成果。我的磨练对象是：全能神是我的窑匠，我是泥土；祈求神塑造我。（耶利米书18：1-4） 心声：磨练重要性 磨练能辅助破茧而出的得胜。茧化蛹后，经过挣扎蜕变为蝴蝶，脱离茧的包裹的过程。我就如此多时面对的困扰没突破，唯有倚靠圣灵动工降临，意识面对的挣扎不是拦阻，而是磨练和造就，也是提拔更上一层的阶段。我在教会的侍奉是从招待开始，学习放胆与陌生人交谈；奇妙的能突破内向的我。不可思议的能参与平信徒事工：教导，辅导，翻译和讲道。圣灵恩膏促使我逐步的如何抵抗犹疑和胆怯，反败为胜从困锁得释放和突围，注重倚靠圣灵和仰望主耶稣为首，一切侍奉最终的焦点是完成神的旨意，一切荣耀归神。 茧化蛹后，经过挣扎蜕变为蝴蝶，脱离茧的包裹的过程。 成长：婴儿至成人的路程 门徒训练是个延续的旅途，成长是必经之路。希伯来书 5:13-14： “凡只能吃奶的，都不熟练仁义的道理，因为他是婴孩。唯独长大成人的才能吃干粮，他们的心窍习练得通达，就能分辨好歹了。”…
